FREE DIAGNOSTIC

Four instruments.One position, mapped precisely.

Each diagnostic below measures a specific dimension of where you actually stand, not how you feel about where you stand. Answer honestly. The instrument does the rest.

CHOOSE AN INSTRUMENT

Start with the one that matters most right now.

Pick any of the four. It runs in full, free — a real result, not a preview. The other three open once you're in.

FRAMEWORK LIBRARY

Four frameworks.
Free. No gate.

These are four of the frameworks at the core of Applied Workplace Intelligence. Each is a single principle of organizational navigation. Applied Workplace Intelligence gives you the application: built from your specific organization, your manager, your peers.

Every organization publishes its structure: reporting lines, job titles, formal hierarchies. What it doesn't show, cannot show, is where influence actually lives.

The people with the most real influence rarely appear at the top of the printed chart. Some are levels below the person they effectively run. Some hold leverage through information, not authority, knowing what's happening before anyone calls a meeting to explain it.

The Power Map draws a second map: not the org chart, the influence map. It names five types of leverage: Contextual, Scarcity, Gatekeeping, Discretionary, and Relational.

Most early-career professionals hold only one of these: Scarcity, their domain expertise. The Power Map shows you where you hold the other four, where you're building them unknowingly, and where the gaps are visible to others before they're visible to you.

The map is drawn from observation, not aspiration: how decisions are actually made, not how they're supposed to be made. Drawn accurately, the invisible becomes navigable.

The Power Map is covered in depth in Session 1 of Applied Workplace Intelligence, where you draw your specific organization's map as a live exercise.

OR: DESCRIBE YOUR SITUATION DIRECTLY

Sometimes the situation is more specific than a questionnaire can hold.

Drishti is TatvaDrishti's diagnostic AI. Describe what you're navigating, a conversation, a decision, a pattern you've noticed but can't name, and Drishti will show you the structure underneath it.

WHAT COMES NEXT

What you have seen here is a single reading.
Explorer is the system that keeps reading.

A diagnostic gives you one position, fixed in time. Explorer adds Drishti deep mode with persistent memory, a Case File that tracks your patterns across quarters, and Pattern Tracking that shows how your position shifts over time.
