TatvaDrishti is operated by Dr. Animesh Deval and Dr. Harita Parikh-Deval ('TatvaDrishti,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over your information.

By using tatvadrishti.com or any TatvaDrishti product (Explorer, Applied Workplace Intelligence, Inner Circle, Sovereign Architect), you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Who Controls Your Data

TatvaDrishti acts as the data controller for all personal data collected and processed through tatvadrishti.com, including user profiles, assessment responses, Drishti queries, case file entries, and certificates.

Payment processing and course content delivery are handled by TagMango (TagMango Inc.), acting as a separate data controller for payment and transaction data. TatvaDrishti does not receive or store full payment card details.

Transactional emails sent by TatvaDrishti, such as assessment reports, Explorer Letters, and certificates, are processed through ZeptoMail (Zoho Corporation), acting as a data processor. Marketing and nurture emails, such as Field Briefings and course announcements, are processed through Kit, also acting as a data processor. Both process email addresses and delivery data on our behalf.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide Directly

  • Name and email address, when you sign up, submit a form, or complete an assessment
  • Assessment responses, your answers to the Promotion Readiness, Workplace Visibility, Office Politics Awareness, and Influence Mapping assessments
  • Drishti queries, the questions and inputs you submit to Drishti, our AI-powered workplace intelligence tool
  • Profile information, any details you add to your account profile

2.2 Data Generated by Your Use

  • Explorer engagement data, Case File entries, Field Briefing access records, Pattern Tracking data, Letter generation triggers
  • Drishti session and memory data, synthesized memory entries that allow Drishti to maintain context across sessions (Explorer and above)
  • Funnel stage, which TatvaDrishti tier you belong to (anonymous, email-captured, Explorer, Applied Workplace Intelligence, Inner Circle, Sovereign Architect)
  • Certificate data, your name, course, completion date, and unique certificate code, generated upon Applied Workplace Intelligence or Sovereign Architect completion
  • Safety-category signals, aggregate, unidentified records of whether a Drishti conversation involved harassment, discrimination, a safety concern, or signs of a mental health crisis (see Section 5.4). No message content is retained in this record.

2.3 Data from TagMango

When you purchase a TatvaDrishti product through TagMango, TagMango notifies us via a webhook. We receive and store the following from that notification:

  • TagMango user ID and order ID
  • Product purchased (Explorer, Applied Workplace Intelligence cohort, Sovereign Architect)
  • Purchase date and status (completed, refunded)

We do not receive card numbers, bank details, or UPI credentials. Those remain with TagMango.

2.4 Automatically Collected Data

  • Session and usage data, pages visited, time spent, interaction patterns
  • Device and browser information, for analytics and session recording
  • Google Analytics 4 events, named interaction events (e.g., which CTA was clicked, which assessment was started)
  • Microsoft Clarity session recordings, anonymized recordings of how visitors navigate the site

3. Why We Collect Your Data (Legal Bases)

  • Contract performance, to provide the Explorer, Applied Workplace Intelligence, Inner Circle, and Sovereign Architect products you have purchased
  • Legitimate interests, to understand how our platform is used, improve content and features, send relevant communications, and maintain the integrity of the platform
  • Consent, for email marketing communications; you may withdraw consent at any time
  • Legal obligation, to maintain records required under applicable law

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and maintain your account and grant product access
  • To generate your personalized Explorer Letter based on completed assessments
  • To power Drishti's persistent memory for Explorer and above tiers
  • To issue Applied Workplace Intelligence and Sovereign Architect certificates, including public verification at tatvadrishti.com/verify-certificate/[code]
  • To send you Field Briefings, Pattern Tracking summaries, course announcements, and other TatvaDrishti communications
  • To process Applied Workplace Intelligence discount coupon eligibility (based on your Explorer purchase date)
  • To analyze platform performance and improve user experience
  • To detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

  • TagMango, processes payments and delivers course content for Applied Workplace Intelligence and Sovereign Architect. TagMango's own Privacy Policy governs their use of your data.
  • ZeptoMail, delivers TatvaDrishti's transactional emails (assessment reports, certificates, Explorer Letters). ZeptoMail processes email addresses and delivery data as our processor.
  • Kit, delivers TatvaDrishti's marketing and nurture emails (Field Briefings, course announcements, re-engagement sequences). Kit processes email addresses and delivery data as our processor.
  • Supabase, our database and backend infrastructure provider. All user data, assessment responses, Drishti queries, and entitlement records are stored in Supabase.
  • AI model providers, Drishti, your Explorer Letter, and Pattern Tracking summaries are generated using third-party AI language model providers (currently including OpenAI and/or Anthropic, depending on the specific feature and our current configuration). When you submit a Drishti query, complete assessments that generate a Letter, or trigger a Pattern Tracking snapshot, the relevant text is sent to the applicable provider's API for processing. We may change which provider powers a given feature from time to time; this Policy will be updated to reflect material changes, and the providers in use at any time are bound by their own data processing and API usage terms.
  • Google (GA4), receives anonymized event data for analytics purposes.
  • Microsoft Clarity, receives anonymized session recording data.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights and safety of TatvaDrishti, our users, or others.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of TatvaDrishti, your data may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you before any such transfer takes place.

5.4 Safety-Related Category Logging

When Drishti (Explorer tier and above) identifies that a conversation involves harassment, discrimination, a safety concern, or signs of a mental health crisis, it logs that a conversation of that category occurred. This logging is aggregate and category-only, it does not identify which member the conversation belongs to and does not store any message content or conversation text. It exists solely so that TatvaDrishti's founders can see, in aggregate, how often these categories of conversation occur, in order to decide whether additional support resources are warranted over time. This logging does not trigger any real-time alert or notification, and no individual is identified or contacted as a result of it.

6. Certificate Verification

Applied Workplace Intelligence and Sovereign Architect certificates include a unique code and are publicly verifiable at tatvadrishti.com/verify-certificate/[code]. The information displayed on the verification page is limited to: recipient name, course name, and completion date. This data is publicly accessible by design, it is the mechanism by which certificate authenticity is confirmed.

If you do not wish your certificate to be publicly verifiable, contact us before certificate issuance.

7. Data Retention

  • Account and profile data, retained for the duration of your account and for 3 years after account deletion
  • Assessment responses and Drishti memory, retained for the duration of your account; deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
  • Purchase records, retained for 7 years as required for financial and tax compliance
  • Certificate records, retained indefinitely for verification purposes
  • Email delivery logs, retained for 12 months
  • Analytics data (GA4, Clarity), subject to the respective platform's data retention settings

Combining duplicate accounts. If you ask us to combine two accounts you created under different emails, we transfer the data from one account to the other and keep a permanent record that the merge occurred. We do not delete the retired account's login credentials, but its data will no longer be associated with it.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction, request that inaccurate data be corrected
  • Deletion, request that your personal data be deleted, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Objection, object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Portability, receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent, for email marketing; unsubscribe from any email or contact us directly

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@tatvadrishti.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies and Tracking

tatvadrishti.com uses:

  • Essential cookies, for session management and authentication (cannot be disabled)
  • Analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (you may opt out via browser settings or Google's opt-out tool)
  • Session recording, Microsoft Clarity (anonymized; does not capture passwords or payment fields)

We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with advertising networks.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:

  • Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can access only their own data
  • HTTPS encryption on all tatvadrishti.com connections
  • Webhook signature verification for all TagMango-to-Supabase communications
  • Access controls limiting who within TatvaDrishti can access user data

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@tatvadrishti.com.

11. Children's Privacy

TatvaDrishti is intended for professionals with 7 or more years of work experience. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of tatvadrishti.com after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
