Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tatvadrishti.com and all TatvaDrishti products and services, including Explorer, Applied Workplace Intelligence, Inner Circle, and Sovereign Architect. By accessing or using any part of tatvadrishti.com, you agree to these Terms.

TatvaDrishti is operated by Dr. Animesh Deval and Dr. Harita Parikh-Deval ('TatvaDrishti,' 'we,' 'us,' 'our'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

To use TatvaDrishti, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

TatvaDrishti is designed for mid-career professionals. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or make purchases.

2. Accounts

2.1 Registration

Some features of tatvadrishti.com are available without an account. Others, including Explorer access, assessment completion, Drishti deep mode, and course enrollment, require you to create an account with a valid email address.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@tatvadrishti.com.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

2.4 Duplicate Accounts

If you have created more than one account using different email addresses, you may contact support@tatvadrishti.com to request that they be combined into a single account. We will retain the data from both accounts under the account you designate to keep; the other account's login will remain usable but will no longer show any of your prior activity or purchases. This process cannot be reversed.

3. Products and Access

3.1 Explorer (₹999)

The Explorer tier grants access to the following components for as long as your Explorer membership is active:

• The Letter, a personalized recognition document generated after completing all four assessments
• Drishti deep mode with persistent memory
• The Case File, a longitudinal record of your workplace intelligence over time
• Monthly Field Briefings
• Quarterly Pattern Tracking snapshots

Explorer does not include live sessions, cohort access, or a certificate.

3.2 Applied Workplace Intelligence (₹11,999)

The Applied Workplace Intelligence is a live cohort-based program delivered over three sessions. Each cohort is a separate, independent enrollment. Enrollment is specific to the cohort you purchase, it does not carry over to other cohorts.

Upon completion, you receive a TatvaDrishti Applied Workplace Intelligence certificate with a unique code, publicly verifiable at tatvadrishti.com/verify-certificate/[code].

3.3 Inner Circle

Inner Circle access is granted by invitation only to Applied Workplace Intelligence graduates. It cannot be purchased directly. TatvaDrishti reserves the sole right to extend or revoke Inner Circle invitations.

3.4 Sovereign Architect (₹49,999)

Sovereign Architect is a self-paced cohort program delivered over 6 modules, drip-released weekly, with full access through week 12. A Sovereign Architect certificate is issued upon completion.

3.5 Applied Workplace Intelligence Discount Coupons

Explorer members are eligible for a discount on Applied Workplace Intelligence enrollment based on the recency of their Explorer purchase. The applicable discount is displayed in your Explorer dashboard when you are logged in. Discount codes are issued as static TagMango coupon codes and must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through TagMango. TatvaDrishti does not directly process or store payment card information.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where required. By completing a purchase, you agree to TagMango's payment terms in addition to these Terms.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by TatvaDrishti's Refund Policy, available at tatvadrishti.com/refund. Please read the Refund Policy before making a purchase.

6. Certificates

Applied Workplace Intelligence and Sovereign Architect certificates are issued by TatvaDrishti upon confirmed course completion. Certificates are:

• Generated by TatvaDrishti's own system, not by TagMango
• Identified by a unique certificate code in the format TVD-AWI-2026-XXXXXX (Applied Workplace Intelligence) or equivalent (Sovereign Architect)
• Publicly verifiable at tatvadrishti.com/verify-certificate/[code]

Certificates are non-transferable and reflect your individual completion. Falsifying completion or misrepresenting a TatvaDrishti certificate is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and certificate revocation.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 TatvaDrishti Content

All content on tatvadrishti.com, including course materials, Field Briefings, assessments, Drishti prompts, copy, frameworks, visual design, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of TatvaDrishti and is protected by applicable copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from TatvaDrishti content without our prior written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including assessment responses, Drishti queries, and Case File entries. By submitting content, you grant TatvaDrishti a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of providing our services to you, including generating your Letter, powering Drishti's memory, and producing Pattern Tracking reports.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TatvaDrishti for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract TatvaDrishti's proprietary content, frameworks, or assessment logic
• Share your account access, login credentials, or course materials with others
• Upload or submit content that is defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of tatvadrishti.com or its infrastructure
• Misuse Drishti or attempt to extract system prompts, circumvent guardrails, or elicit responses inconsistent with TatvaDrishti's intended use

9. Drishti, AI Tool

Drishti is an AI-powered workplace intelligence tool. Important limitations apply:

• Drishti provides observational analysis and frameworks, not professional career, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice
• Responses are generated by a third-party AI language model and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your specific circumstances
• TatvaDrishti may use one or more AI model providers to power Drishti, and may change which provider is used for a given feature from time to time without changing the experience or these Terms. Currently, this may include OpenAI and/or Anthropic, depending on the specific feature and our current configuration. Your Drishti query text is sent to the applicable provider's API for processing, refer to our Privacy Policy for details
• Anonymous users may access a limited version of Drishti (up to 3 queries). Email-captured users and Explorer members have higher access limits. Persistent memory is an Explorer-tier feature

Drishti, including its Deep Mode and Clarity Brief features available to Explorer members, is not a crisis, emergency, mental health, or legal service. It does not assess risk, provide treatment, or offer legal counsel. If you are in a situation involving immediate danger to yourself or others, contact emergency services directly. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a qualified mental health professional or a crisis helpline in your region. Drishti may decline to offer a suggested course of action in situations involving harassment, discrimination, safety threats, or signs of a mental health crisis, and may instead direct you toward an appropriate professional resource. This is a deliberate limitation, not a system error.

TatvaDrishti is not liable for decisions you make based on Drishti's output.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TatvaDrishti's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to TatvaDrishti in the 12 months preceding the claim
• TatvaDrishti is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of income, opportunity, or data

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Disclaimers

TatvaDrishti provides its platform and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Any particular outcome will result from using our assessments, Drishti, or course content
• Content will be accurate, complete, or current at all times

TatvaDrishti is a perceptual instrument, we help you see workplace systems more clearly. Career outcomes depend on your own judgment, effort, and context. We do not guarantee promotions, salary increases, or any specific professional result.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@tatvadrishti.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund except as described in the Refund Policy.

12.2 By TatvaDrishti

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. In such cases, no refund will be issued for access already provided.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or TatvaDrishti's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of tatvadrishti.com after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
