Refund Policy

TatvaDrishti is committed to delivering genuine value. This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which refunds are granted for Explorer, Applied Workplace Intelligence, and Sovereign Architect purchases.

Payments are processed by TagMango. Refund requests are assessed by TatvaDrishti and, where approved, executed by TagMango.

1. Explorer (₹999), Refund Conditions

1.1 Eligibility Window

You may request a full refund of your Explorer purchase within 7 days of purchase, provided:

  • You have not generated your Explorer Letter (Letter generation is the primary value delivery event, once generated, the personalized document has been produced)
  • You submit your request to support@tatvadrishti.com within the 7-day window

1.2 No Refund After

  • The 7-day window has elapsed
  • Your Explorer Letter has been generated

We do not offer partial refunds for Explorer. The ₹999 price reflects the entry cost of a full-year membership, not per-feature access.

2. Applied Workplace Intelligence (₹11,999), Refund Conditions

2.1 Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if you request it more than 72 hours before the first live session of your enrolled cohort. To receive a full refund:

  • Email support@tatvadrishti.com with your name, enrolled cohort, and TagMango order ID
  • Your request must be received more than 72 hours before your cohort's Session 1 start time (7:00 PM IST on the first session date)

2.2 No Refund After Session 1

Once your cohort's Session 1 has commenced, no refund is available. The three-session cohort format means substantial content is delivered from Session 1 onward.

2.3 Missed Sessions

Inability to attend live sessions, for any reason, does not entitle you to a refund. Session recordings are made available to all enrolled cohort members. You are purchasing access to the cohort, not guaranteed attendance at specific sessions.

2.4 Cohort Transfer

If you purchased a Applied Workplace Intelligence cohort and wish to attend a different cohort instead, contact us at support@tatvadrishti.com more than 72 hours before your enrolled cohort's Session 1. We will assess transfer requests at our discretion, subject to availability in the target cohort. Transfers are not guaranteed and are not a substitute for a refund request.

3. Sovereign Architect (₹49,999), Refund Conditions

3.1 Full Refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed Module 2 or beyond. The 6-module program drip-releases content weekly, if Module 1 has been your only access, a refund is available within the 14-day window.

3.2 No Refund After

  • The 14-day window has elapsed
  • Module 2 or any subsequent module has been accessed

3.3 Request Process

Email support@tatvadrishti.com with your name, TagMango order ID, and confirmation that only Module 1 has been accessed. We may verify access records before processing.

4. Inner Circle

Inner Circle access is by invitation only and is not a purchasable product. No refund applies.

5. Discount Coupons

Refund amounts for Applied Workplace Intelligence purchases made with a discount coupon will reflect the actual amount paid (i.e., the discounted price), not the list price.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are processed by TagMango to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider
  • TatvaDrishti will notify you by email when a refund has been approved and submitted to TagMango

7. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted by email to support@tatvadrishti.com. Include:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • The product you are requesting a refund for
  • Your TagMango order ID (found in your TagMango purchase confirmation email)
  • The reason for your request

We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

8. Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, you may escalate your case to support@tatvadrishti.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute, [Your Name]." We will review all escalations within 7 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
